Welcome to the TrebullDawgs A Cappella raffle page! We are thrilled to announce our exciting raffle fundraising event! By participating in this raffle, you not only get a chance to win a fantastic prize but also support the TrebullDawgs A Cappella group in our artistic pursuits.

The Raffle Details:

  • Prize: $500

  • Raffle Tickets Cost: $5 per ticket

  • Raffle Period: March 18th, 2024, to April 18th, 2024.

  • Winner Announcement: The lucky winner will be announced on April 19th, 2024, which will be posted on this website and our social media channels.

How to Participate:

  1. Purchase Raffle Tickets: To enter the raffle, simply purchase your tickets by following the steps given in the "How to Pay for Raffle Tickets" section. Each ticket costs $5, and there's no limit to the number of tickets you can buy. Remember, the more tickets you buy, the higher your chances of winning!

  2. Support TrebullDawgs: By participating in this raffle, you are supporting our A Cappella group's endeavors, including upcoming performances, competitions, recordings, workshops, and community outreach programs. Your contribution will make a significant impact on our journey to spread the joy of music.

  3. Spread the Word: Help us reach more people by sharing this raffle with your friends, family, and colleagues. Sharing the news on social media platforms will go a long way in supporting our cause.

How to Pay for Raffle Tickets:

 

We offer multiple convenient payment options to make it easy for you to purchase your raffle tickets. Choose the method that suits you best:
 

  1. Venmo Payment:

    • Step 1: Open your Venmo app on your smartphone or visit the Venmo website on your computer.

    • Step 2: Log in to your Venmo account or create one if you don't have it yet.

    • Step 3: Click on the "Pay or Request" icon.

    • Step 4: Enter the amount for the raffle tickets (Each ticket costs $5), and in the notes section, mention "TrebullDawgs Raffle Tickets."

    • Step 5: Search for our financial director's Venmo account

    • (@Cooper-Robertson-2020) and select it as the recipient.

    • Step 6: Double-check the details and confirm the payment to complete the transaction. (The last four digits of the phone number if asked is 4729)!

  2. Cash Payment:

    • Step 1: If you prefer to pay with cash, please come to the drill field on March 26th, March 28th, April 8th, April 10th, April 16th, and April 18th, to purchase a ticket.

    • Step 2: You will receive a receipt for your cash payment, ensuring your entry into the raffle via email.

  3. Card Payment:

    • Step 1: To pay with a credit or debit card, visit our secure online payment gateway by clicking the following link: Raffle Tickets.

    • Step 2: Enter the required information and payment details, including card number, expiry date, CVV, and billing address.

    • Step 3: Upon purchase, an email will be sent within 24 hours with confirmation of purchase, and your raffle ticket details! If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, contact tbdmsu@gmail.com, and we will sort that out immediately!

    • Step 4: You may also visit us on the drill field during our tabling sessions on March 26th, March 28th, April 8th, April 10th, April 16th, and April 18th to make a card payment.

 

Important Reminders:

  • For Venmo payments, please ensure that the note mentions "TrebullDawgs Raffle Tickets" to avoid any confusion.

  • If you choose to pay with cash but cannot make it to a designated time, email tbdmsu@gmail.com and we will work something out!

  • For card payments, rest assured that our online payment gateway is secure and safe for your transactions.

Terms and Conditions:

  • All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • The winner will be chosen randomly from all eligible entries.

  • TrebullDawgs A Cappella reserves the right to modify the raffle details or cancel the event in unforeseen circumstances.
